I) Einführung
With our HTML universal interface you can connect to all third-party tools for which you can create an HTML registration form. Experience has shown that the interface can be used to connect the following third-party tools:
- AG Webservice Mailresponder
- arpReach
- Campaign Monitor
- Drip
- The HTML form code can be found in the menu "Forms" at the respective form under the tab "Design" in the section "Embedded".
- ConstantContact
- You can find the HTML form code in the "List Growth Tools" menu by clicking on the "Actions" button next to the form and then selecting "Embed Code".
- Inwise
- Mailigen
- When creating a form, select "Create HTML Embed Form" to create an HTML form.
- The registration form includes by default a query as to whether e-mails should be sent in text or HTML format. Webinaris cannot fill in this form. Therefore you have to insert the term "checked" directly in the code at the corresponding section - depending on whether you always want to send text or HTML mails.
- Mailwizz
- Mautic
- Use only the code from the lower window, beginning with "<style type..." as the embed code.
- Upviral
- Sendinblue
- When creating the form, be sure to clear the "Add Captcha" checkbox.
- When selecting the form code, please use the option "Simplified integrated HTML code that must be copied to your website".
- Superwebmailer
In all probability, the following providers can also be connected via the HTML universal interface. Please contact info@webinaris.com to initially test the connection in a common appointment.
- Benchmark Email
- Empaction
- Please contact your Empaction representative to obtain a usable HTML form code.
- iContact

- Imnicamail
- You will find the HTML form code in the "HTML code" section of your registration form.
- Ontraport
- You can find the HTML form code on your form by clicking on the "Publish form" button. There you can select the section "HTML Version (For Geeks)" to retrieve the HTML form code.
- Power Lead System
- Rapidmail
- The HTML form code can be found in the menu "Forms" -> "Installation help" at the bottom, keyword "Direct installation with HTML code (only for experts)
- Salesforce
- Please contact your Salesforce consultant to implement the interface connection.
- Sendpulse
- In the "Subscription forms" menu, create an "embedded" form.
- SendReach
- SugarCRM
- Please contact your SugarCRM consultant to implement the interface connection.
Your provider is not listed? Then send us an e-mail to info@webinaris.com and we will be happy to check to what extent a connection can take place.
II) Setup at Webinaris
The HTML Universal Interface allows you to enter HTML registration forms into Webinaris, which are automatically filled in and sent in the background at certain times and according to certain criteria. For example, when registering a participant, you can immediately transfer their contact data to Drip or send a reminder SMS 15 minutes before the start of the webinar via Klick-Tipp. In addition, third-party tools often offer the following options when filling out a specific registration form:
- Starti a Double Opt-In Process
- Add to contact lists
- Add to target groups
- Send e-mails
- Send SMS
- Send an information e-mail
- Add to a list
- Add to a campaign
- Start an automation / campagin
- Add a TAG
- Remove a TAG
The setup at Webinaris is always the same, only the content to be entered differs. What exactly should happen with the third-party tool can be easily and conveniently set up directly with your third-party tool.
Proceed as follows to set up the HTML Universal Interface:
1. open the "Plugins" menu
2. click on "New Plugin" above
3. click on the HTTP Universal Plugin logo
4. enter the requested data:
- Name: An internal name of the plugin (e.g. name of the third-party tool).
5. click on "Save & Exit".
You can use the plugin you just created in any number of webinar projects.
6. click on "Close" in the upper right corner.
7. Open your webinar project and navigate to the menu "Communication".
8. open the submenu "Interfaces".
9. click on "+ New interface" on the right side
10. select from the list the plugin you have just created
11. click on "New Form Action" on the left side of the screen
12. from the left dropdown menu, select when and under what conditions the form action is to be executed
13. click on the blue "New Form" button to save the HTML form
14. enter a short description for the form under "Name"
15. Enter the HTML code of the form in the "HTML Form Code" field. It looks like this:
16. click on the plus icon at "Parameters" to add parameters to your call.
Enter the field name of the parameter in the left column. This can be found in the form Code at the entry name=""". (marked red in the following screenshot).
In the right column, enter the content that Webinaris should write in this form field. You can use one of the available placeholders or enter a value yourself.
For example, the form looks like this:
17. Click on the "Save" button at the bottom right to save the changes temporarily.
18. click on the "Save" button in the upper right corner to save the settings finally
19. repeat steps 11-17 for each additional form action
III) Important notice
In order for the interface to work, a captcha check must not be activated on the HTML form (this is the case with many registration forms to prevent a bot from registering instead of a human).
