External moderators: Allow third parties to log into your webinars or the meeting room as moderators

In Webinaris, not only you can log into a webinar room or the meeting room as a moderator, but also your colleagues, employees or partners. They can moderate the webinar, the chat or other parts of the event alone, with you or with others. We then call these moderators 'external moderators' because they do not log in via your Webinaris account, but via another site.

Create external moderators

So that your colleagues, employees or partners can log in as external moderators, you must first create them in your Webinaris account. You do that in the menu 'Moderator Login' -> Moderators'.

Find the login URL for external moderators

The URL that your external moderators can use to log in can be found in the 'Moderator Login' -> 'Moderators' menu in the 'External Moderators' section.
