With many Webinaris interfaces, you can choose when information should be transferred to another platform (e.g. GetResposne or ActiveCampaign).
In doing so, you always select when exactly the transfer is to take place.
For example, if you set the transfer to take place 10 minutes after the end of the webinar, Webinaris will wait until 10 minutes after the end of the webinar and then transfer the data via interface.
The following options are available to you to control for whom the transfer should take place:
All
With this option, the handover takes place for everyone.
Participants
With this option the transfer only takes place if the person has been classified as a participant by Webinaris.
Attention: In the menu "Expert settings" -> "Webinar details" you can define from which minute of the webinar (in %) on someone should be classified as a participant. Until then, everyone is automatically regarded as a non-participant.
Non-Participants
With this option, the transfer is only done if the person is classified as a non-participant by Webinaris.
Attention: In the menu "Expert settings" -> "Webinar details" you can define from which minute of the webinar (in %) on someone should be classified as a participant. Until then, everyone is automatically regarded as a non-participant.
Currently online
With this option, the transfer is only done if the person is online in the webinar room at the selected time.
Currently not online
With this option, the transfer is only done if the person is NOT online in the webinar room at the selected time (regardless of whether or not they have previously attended the webinar).
Receommendations
It is best to use the following settings to achieve the desired result:
Desired result | Setting |
Someone participated in the webinar | 1 minute after webinar end, "Participant" |
Someone did NOT participate in the webinar | 1 minute after webinar end, "Non-Participant |
Someone has seen the pitch of the webinar | x minutes after webinar start (depending on when the pitch is), "currently online" |
Important note
Webinaris can only execute the individual interface calls one after the other. Therefore, the calls usually start a little earlier, so that the information is on time at the other platform. This can lead to two simultaneous interface calls (e.g. "Straight online" and "Straight not online") not being carried out simultaneously.
If you have a blue bar at the top of your Webinaris account, you have it old version.
