I) Sell webinars via a shop systems with direct integration
Two shop systems with direct integration are currently available for the sale of webinars: Digistore24 and Elopage.

II) Sell webinars via other billing systems
Of course, you can also sell webinars via all other billing systems. There are two options. Proceed as follows:
- Create the product for your webinar in your billing system.
 
Option A: Forward your customer to the date selection directly after the purchase
- After the sale, select a) a Webinaris landing page or b) another page where you have integrated the login iFrame as Thank-You-Page
The procedure is now as follows:
Your customer first buys an unspecified Webinar showtime in general. Only then will he be forwarded to the date selection.
 
Option B: Send your customer an email with the link to the date selection after the purchase.
- Parameterize your autoresponder (e.g. Klick-Tipp or GetResponse) so that your customer receives an email directly after the purchase. In this email you insert the link to a) a Webinaris landing page or b) another page where you have integrated the registration iFrame. 
The process is now as follows:
Your customer first buys an unspecified Webinarter date in general. Only then does he receive an email, which forwards him to the date selection. 
 
Tipps und Hinweise:
 
- Since the customer comes only after the purchase on the side with the date selection, it is important that you inform him first - e.g. on a sales side or with the order form - about all available dates.
 
- Ideally, you should use the Webinaris parameter transfer function so that the customer only has to select one date when registering for a webinar showtime. You can find out how this works here.
 
III) Sell webinars via your own billing system
Our API interface allows you to directly integrate your own accounting system into Webinaris. This allows you to create Webinaris showtimes directly from your accounting system. Please contact the administrator of your accounting system to carry out the integration. You can find out how the API interface works here: Webinaris API
 
IV) Sell video courses with several subsequent dates
If you want to offer a sequence of several learning units, we recommend the following procedure:
- Design your billing process according to "II) Option B".
- Parameterize your autoresponder so that it sends a new mail with the link to the next webinar to the customer at exactly the right time (e.g. every week or directly after the last webinar participation). Thanks to Webinaris, you can even specify that the email with the selection for a follow-up webinar is only sent out when a customer has actually attended the previous webinar.
 
V) Important notes: Activate the Replay Function
We strongly recommend that you switch on the replay function for paid webinars. If a person does not come to the webinar (e.g. because of a bad internet connection), they can still access the acquired content via the replay function.
