An Interface / API / Plugin doesn't work any more

Webinaris provides interfaces to various providers. If an interface suddenly does not work anymore, the following reasons can be the problem:

1. you have changed the password or API key of the service provider to whom the interface exists

2. you have switched to a lower package at the service provider to which the interface exists, where an API connection is no longer possible (example: with Klick-Tipp a connection is only available from the Premium package onwards)
