Viewer Panel

In menu "Viewers" you will find an overview of all participants who have registered for your webinar as well as a small overview of statistics.

I) Overview

1. Explanation of the individual values in the overview

Signed up:
The total number of registrations for your webinars. Double registrations are counted twice.

Participants
Die Gesamtzahl der Personen, die an Ihren Webinaren teilgenommen hat. Eine person wird als "Teilgenommen" klassifiziert, sobald sie das Webinar-Video wenigstens eine Sekunde gesehen hat.

Non-Participants
The total number of people who did not participate in your webinars.

Prospective:
The total number of people who have signed up for a showtime that is currently in the future.

Retention Rate:
The time of your webinars until which the participants stay in the webinar room on average.

Chat messages:
The total number of messages sent by participants in the chat.

2. Interpretations

a) Number of participants

Possibilities of optimization:

  • Improving the Landingpage
  • More / better adverstising
  • Changing of the showtime structure

b) Ratio of Participants / Non-Participants: The participation percentage

<50% Below Average
50-60% Average 
>60% Above Average

Possibilities of optimization:

  • Set up E-Mail reminders
  • Optimize the timing of E-Mail reminders
  • Optimize the content of E-Mail reminders

c) Retention rate:

<55% Below Average
55-65% Average 
>65% Above Average

 

Possibilities of optimization:

  • Optimize the Webinar Video
  • Adjusting the Landingpage & Advertising (does the webinar meet the expectations generated by the landing page & advertising measures?)

II) Viewer list

Here you can see a list of all participants who have registered for your webinars. On the right side you will find a button next to each participant, which you can use to view further information on the respective participant.
